Cycling Tragedy in our Backyard

We knew it was coming. We didn't expect this.The popularity of the Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook and the amount of traffic on Jefferson were bound to spell disaster. Thursday, disaster struck as a woman, allegedly under the influence, ran through a group of riders waiting at the bottom of the hill for the rest of their group to come down.L.A.
